Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to import an outbound number into our telephone system. If you wish to continue using your existing office line, we can provide you with a standard 020 number and setup, and provide instructions on how to set up a divert on your original office line, so that calls are redirected to the new number you have been assigned.
This redirection will ensure that your office line can still be reached as usual, while taking advantage of the features and settings we have configured on our end.
