After purchasing the service, you will be appointed an account manager who will contact you via email to introduce themselves, provide you with their direct contact details, and to give you more information on what's included with your service and how it works.
Making changes to your company
If you need to make a change to your company (for example, transfer some of your shares) or you have a question, you can contact your account manager either by calling them on the Full Company Secretary Service dedicated line (+44 (0)20 8159 6929) or by emailing them using the address provided to you in their introduction email. If you can't find the email address, you can simply email cosec@1stformations.co.uk and your message will be forwarded to them.
Depending on the nature of the request, your account manager may ask you to provide additional information. They will then draft all the appropriate minutes, resolutions, statutory forms and other documents needed to effectuate the change. These will be provided to you electronically for signing. Once completed, we'll update your records and make any required filings with Companies House (this will mean the change will be visible on the public record).
Please note you may be required to submit your ID and proof of address, if you have not provided this previously.
Your company registers
Your company registers will be prepared and maintained on our system.
You may request a copy of these registers at any time. To do this, simply contact your account manager either by calling them on the Full Company Secretary Service dedicated line (+44 (0)20 8159 6929) or by emailing them using the address provided to you in their introduction email. If you can't find the email address, you can simply email cosec@1stformations.co.uk and your message will be forwarded to them.
Your annual confirmation statement
The Full Company Secretary Service includes the filing of your annual confirmation statement (it also includes the Companies House filing fee).
In the run-up to your confirmation statement's filing deadline, we will email you a brief questionnaire. Once you have completed this questionnaire, we'll use this information to submit your filing.
Exclusive monthly solicitor-written
Every month, you will receive an email that contains your exclusive monthly solicitor- written guidance notes.
Our Trust Badge
Once you sign up to the Full Company Secretary Service, we will email you our Trust Badge, which you can then display on your company's website (usually in the footer) to help enhance your credibility and reputation. All information and rules on using the image will be included in the email.
