The complete collection of documents for a Public Limited Company consists of the following:

• Certificate of Incorporation
• Memorandum & Articles of Association
• Guarantor Certificate(s)
• Company Register with First Entries
• Trading Certificate for a Public Limited Company

It is a legal requirement for all public limited companies to obtain a trading certificate before starting trading. We will prepare and submit to Companies House the application form for your trading certificate for a public company. Once it has been issued, we will deliver the certificate to you by Royal Mail Post.
