To update your card details on your account, please follow the instructions below:
1. Login into your customer account here
2. Select ‘Card Management’ on your Customer Dashboard.
3. Agree to the terms and conditions and select ‘Set up Payment Authority’.
4. Enter your preferred payment card details. Then select ‘Pay Securely’.
5. Once through the secure checkout, the payment card details you have entered have now been saved as the Primary Card.
Please note, during secure checkout, your payment app may state an amount of £1.00 is paid to us; however, this is to ensure the account you are adding is active, and the funds will not leave your account.
Once you have added the new payment card, you will be able to remove the previous card by selecting the red X in this section.
