When you purchase an address service from us, this service provides you with mail forwarding to receive your company’s mail. However, it does not provide you with a trading address and cannot be used as your company's principal place of business. This is because it is a virtual address, and you are not physically based at this location. For this reason, we cannot provide proof of address documents such as a utility bill, bank statement, lease agreement, etc.
If you are trading from home, then your residential address must be used as your trading/operating address on any applications for bank accounts, etc.
