If there are still active services listed for the company on our system, then these will either need to be cancelled or taken over by a new account holder.

For this to happen, a new account holder will need to register an account through our website. They can do this here:

Once the new account holder has registered, please email us from the current email address on file for the account, requesting the transfer of the company and its services, and we will arrange this for you. To avoid any delays, please also include and CC the new email address used for the new account owner.

Once the company and services are transferred and payment is made from the updated payment authority, we will then be able to cancel and refund your payment.
