Registered Office Address (£39 +VAT per year) is the official address of a company, used by Companies House and HMRC to deliver all company statutory communications and notices addressed to the company, by letter. A UK-registered office address is required to form a limited company and is visible on the public record. Our Registered Office Address Service provides the forwarding of registered office mail free of charge via scan and email. The items of mail are also accessible via your online portal.

Service Address (£26 +VAT per officer per year) is the official correspondence address of the director, used by Companies House and HMRC to deliver all company statutory communications and notices addressed to the director, by letter. A service address is required to form a limited company and is visible on the public record. Our Service Address service provides the forwarding of service address mail free of charge via scan and email. The items of mail are also accessible via your online portal. 

Business Address Service (£96 +VAT per year) is your company’s business address for advertising purposes. This service provides our clients with a prestigious business location and corporate image. Our Business Address Service provides the forwarding of all business address mail within or outside the UK, charged at Royal Mail postal charges plus 15%. However, we are currently offering free upgrades to our Digital Business Address Service, which provides your business mail scanned and email to you at a rate of just 50p per item instead.
