If you are using our Digital Mailroom Service (scan and email), the items of mail will be scanned and emailed to you within 24 hours of receipt. Our state-of-the-art letter opening and scanning equipment means we will not see the contents of the mail being forwarded to you, unless you ask for us to look at it whilst querying it. Mail is sent to you automatically by our system and our new optical character recognition software. All hard-copy mail will then be securely shredded 7 days after we receive it.

If you have not opted in for our scan and email service, then mail will be forwarded to you via unopened hard-copy post in the normal manner. We will forward all items within 24 hours of their receipt.

An email confirmation will be sent to you automatically once your mail has been processed.
